Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process for any Simba product.

  Schedule a Collection

  For mattresses and large items, our specialized courier team will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the product directly from your room of choice.

  Prepare the Item

  There is no need to roll the mattress back into its original box; simply ensure it is accessible for the couriers, while smaller items should be packaged securely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is back at our warehouse and inspected, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
